Want To Lose weight... Change your diet first!

Diets in my opinion are the key ingredient to weight loss, specifically FAT loss.... something we would all like to do more of. The main things you want to watch in a diet are your Protein, Fat, and Carbohydrate sources & gram amounts. The most common ratio for a 2000 calorie diet is 40%-40%-20%. This means 40% of those 2000 calories are going to be protein, and the other 40% are going to be Carbohydrates, and the final 20% is going to be fats. This is a good diet used to maintain where you are at body composition wise.

Popular fat loss diets include: Polumbo diet, anabolic diet, and more. Typically a fat loss diet will consist of low fats, low to zero carbohydrates, and moderate protein. 

Good sources of protein, Fats, carbohydrates....
  • Protein: Whey protein, Eggs, Chicken, Lean Beef
  • Carbohydrates: Wheat bread, ezikiel bread, brown rice, vegetables, fruits
  • Fats: Nuts, Virgin Olive Oil, Omega 3's, Natural Peanut Butter
